1. What sizes do you offer?

We offer a range of sizes from S to XL. Each product page includes a detailed size chart to help you pick the perfect fit.


2. How do I care for my Vibe Loom outfits?

  • Kurtis & Coord Sets: Machine wash on gentle cycle or hand wash in cold water.

  • Festive Wear: Dry clean recommended for embroidered or delicate fabrics.
    Always avoid harsh detergents to keep colors bright and fabrics soft!


3. How long does shipping take?

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
    You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped.


4. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes! Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

5. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship within India only, but we’re working on expanding internationally soon!


6. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to track your package directly with the courier.


7. Can I customize or pre-order an outfit?

We don’t currently offer custom orders, but festive collections often have limited pre-orders – make sure to check product pages for updates!
