Return & Refund Policy

At Vibe Loom, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return:
  1. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  2. All tags and packaging must be intact
  3. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items purchased during sale or clearance
  • Customized or altered products
  • Accessories (if applicable)

Exchanges

  • We offer size or product exchanges (subject to stock availability).
  • Exchange must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • One exchange per order is allowed.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
  • If approved:
  1. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  2. It may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Return Process

  1. Email us at vibeloom25@gmail.com with - Order ID, Reason for return, Images (if applicable)
  2. Our team will guide you through the return process.
  3. Please do not send items back without confirmation.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch (whichever is earlier).
